Hello – all you internet explorers! My name is Erin. I’m most known for my creative eye, lack of (or as I like to call it “unique”) dance moves, and my amazing ability to sleep anywhere and everywhere (what doctors refer to as Narcolepsy).
But, what most people don’t know is that for the past 7 years I’ve felt like I’ve been on Mr. Toad’s Wild Ride trying to figure out what I want to do. Each decision, uncertainty, and choice in my life has led me to here – a place to be vulnerable, personable, and authentic.
Here’s a short run down on my background up until this point. I attended Stanford University on a softball scholarship, where I learned a lot about Communication (even earning a degree about the art in which people communicate). I wrote for our school paper and worked my way onto the Sports Photography team, allowing me to be sideline for major sporting events and capture the raw emotion and sweat of the game. I found myself in Greek life, rocking greek letters and pearly white beads on occasions. And, I’ve experienced several different career paths, all of which have brought me full circle back to my passion – people.
If my whirlwind of a past has taught me anything in life, it’s learn to love every second.
Without trial, there would be no error, and without setbacks, there would be no comebacks. Each and every day, month, and chapter of our lives make us who we are.
Life Made Easy is an opportunity to showcase the simple beauties in life we tend to overlook. Whether you live in a rural, small town, or big city, the beauty of life is it is what you make it. It’s so easy to get caught up in the web that is social media with so many “fitspo”s and influencers having everything we want to have.
But trust me when I say, celebrate the small victories, be authentic, and manifest your own destiny through positivity and you’ll get there, too.
